My Bento Box

I settled on an inari sushi bento for tomorrow. Pictured above we have inari sushi pockets with furikake. Salad, jelly cup, babybel, box of raisins, cup of salad dressing and a soy sauce container for the sushi.

The bento was very quick to assemble and I used the one cup setting on my rice cooker for the first time. Absolute godsend!  Previously, I would have to cook at least 2 cups and then either freeze or throw away the remaining rice. So another thumbs up for the rice cooker!
