Bento-ing for myself and sprog, this blog is a diary of my journey as I explore the world of bento.

I’m a 30 something Mum to two sprogs. My journey into the world of bento began in 2008. Small sprog decided she was fed up with taking sandwiches to school, but rather than tell me, she hid them under her bed. I began exploring healthy and interesting ideas for lunches. This is when I stumbled into the wonderful world of bento!

A year and quite a few pieces of equipment along the way (too many bits my husband would argue!) we’re still learning new recipes and techniques to improve our bento skills.
